1. Please contact your manager and determine if the class is aligned with your development needs and development plan. Your manager’s approval is mandatory before enrolling in a class.
2. Visit learnit.com to get started. You can browse by category or search for a specific course by typing it into the Search bars on our home page.
3. Send an email to Learning & Development with the full name of the class and the date(s) you'd like to attend. Include your manager on CC with the appropriate cost center to be billed. When Learning & Development approves the request, they will enroll you to the requested class.
4. If there are more people with the same training need, the Learning & Development team will consider bringing training on that topic onsite.

• Professional Development: Three business days prior to the class date
• Business Applications: Three business days prior to the class date
• Technical Training: 10 business days prior to the class date

Failure to cancel within these guidelines will result in the class being charged in full to your department.
