Which browser should I use to connect to my Live Online Training class?

All our public workshops are conducted on Zoom.  Zoom works with all major browsers, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Where can I ask questions about my Learnit Anytime membership?

Please use our Contact Us Form to submit your questions. We’ll respond to you shortly.

What type of payments are accepted?

All major credit cards, Purchase Orders, Checks, Training Vouchers, and Credits are accepted.

What if I need to cancel a class?

For public classes, cancellations must be made in writing at least three business days before the scheduled class to avoid charges or deductions from your training package. Rescheduling Learnit courses is allowed at no additional fee, provided the reschedule occurs within one year. Substitutions of students are permitted with at least three business days' notice, as long as the substitute meets the course prerequisites. In the event of force majeure, such as severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or strikes, Learnit may cancel classes, and refunds will be provided in these cases.

What are the hours of operation?

Our office hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

Is Learnit on GSA contract?

How long are classes?

Please refer to specific course pages for information regarding duration and time.

How do I register for a class?

There are two ways to register for classes with Learnit:

1.        Your Company Membership or Package: If your company has a membership or training package with Learnit, you sign into the learner portal and sign up!

2.        Pay with Credit Card: If you are new to Learnit or do not have a company membership or package, you can register and pay for courses directly through our regular checkout process.

How do I cancel my Learnit Anytime membership?

Please use our Membership Cancellation Form to submit your request. We'll cancel your account and notify you shortly.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?

Yes, we offer 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Please contact us for more information.

Can I use Learnit for Employment Training Panel Program (ETP)?

ETP is a program to fund training for companies in the State of California. Individuals who want to use ETP Funds for their personal development are not allowed to use those funds with Learnit.

Do you have to take all modules of a course?

No. It is all about flexibility. You can take as many or as few modules as needed. This feature is also great for students with learning packages. Repeat only the modules that didn’t “stick” or take only the module with the topics you need. If you are not taking a whole series, please be comfortable with the content in the modules prior. The instructor will not backtrack. *This applies to all courses in Office Applications.

Do classes ever get cancelled?

Unfortunately we will cancel a class due to low enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be contacted via email as well as by phone. We will do everything we can to reschedule you as soon as possible.

Can I show up the day of class and get a seat?

If there are seats available, you can take the class. We do recommend you call beforehand to guarantee there is space available as many of our popular classes fill up quickly.
