Public Class Cancellation Policies:Technical Training: 10 Business Days | Professional Development Training: 3 Business Days | Office Applications Training: 3 Business DaysIf you cancel in writing prior to the cancellation period, there will be no charge or deduction from your training package. Our cancellation/reschedule policy is strictly enforced; failure to follow this policy will result in payment in full of the invoice for the cancelled course or full deduction of class(es) from your training package and there will be no refund. Students have the option to send a substitute student to the scheduled class in their place. For Technical Training and Professional Development Training courses, students can reschedule the class delivered by Learnit at no additional fee for up to one year. For Technical Training courses delivered by partners, students are responsible to pay for the pass-through enrollment costs when they retake or reschedule a class. Learnit reserves the right to cancel due to insufficient enrollment and Learnit will apply funds for classes it cancels to a future class.Private Training and Room Rental Cancellation Policies:Private Training and Classroom Rentals - 15 Business DaysIf you cancel in writing prior to the cancellation period there will be no charge or deduction from your training package. Private classes and classroom rentals can be rescheduled at 75% the cost of the original class date.Cancellation / ReschedulingSubstitutions of one student for another for a specific enrollment are accepted with at least three days notice before the class begins, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites.Cancellation by Learnit or Its PartnersLearnit and/or its delivery partners may cancel or reschedule any class at any time and will attempt to provide at least fifteen (15) business days notice when canceling or rescheduling. At customer's direction, Learnit and/or its delivery partners will refund the tuition for the cancelled class or credit the fees toward the fees chargeable for the rescheduled class.Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility and Learnit assumes no liability for any costs, including non-refundable tickets, that may be incurred in the unlikely event of a course cancellation or rescheduling.Training can be cancelled without prior warning, and money refunded to participants if any of the following events affect delivery of a particular training class: severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, airline strike.
