Yes.
Absolutely. At Learnit, customization is core to our approach. Our programs are designed to deliver value, but we know learning sticks best when it’s relevant and immediately applicable. That’s why we align every workshop—whether technical, leadership, communication, or AI—to your organization’s goals and culture. This ensures participants not only gain new skills but also know how to apply them in ways that matter most.
While Learnit provides 1:1 coaching as part of larger programs—for example, presentation skills, communication, and manager training—we do not offer standalone one-on-one training for individuals seeking a private class outside of those structured programs.
Yes. Certificates of Completion are available to all learners upon request.
Cameras are not required, but they are strongly recommended. Facilitators encourage participants to keep cameras on to promote engagement and connection throughout the session.
For soft skills classes, we prefer participants to remain visible to help create a focused, human learning environment where discussion and collaboration can thrive.
Yes! Learnit runs our public schedule virtually and offers private workshops for both in person and virtual.
At Learnit, we record classes to enhance learning while protecting privacy.
This policy reflects our commitment to high-quality, secure, and inclusive learning. For questions or special contractual needs, please contact us.
All Learnit workshops are designed to maximize retention through active practice.
This ensures participants leave each session with skills they’ve applied in real time, not just heard about.
Learnit provides training for both individuals and organizations.
This flexibility allows learners to develop skills independently or as part of a larger organizational initiative.
Learnit offers two primary types of training:
Our team is invested in your success. Workshops are led by a team of seasoned, award winning facilitators who understand how adults are motivated and facilitate the workshops with key principals of adult learning in mind. We want you to walk away with an enjoyable and productive learning experience, leaving with additional tools and ideas to apply to your personal and professional lives.
We develop our tool-based curriculum in house. Our teams of instructional designers stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and business philosophy to ensure that course content is comprehensive and relevant. All of our seminars provide ample time for students to practice and explore how they can implement the tools and ideas from the course in their lives.

You have two flexible pathways, contact us here to set either up.
1. Anchor a New Public Date
a. With at least 5 confirmed participants, Learnit can check facilitator availability and add a new date to the public schedule.
b. This option allows others to register as well, which helps keep costs lower than a private workshop.
2. Schedule a Private Session
a. For an exclusive team experience, consider a private workshop—ideal for 6–10+ participants depending on the subject.
b. Private sessions can be scheduled at a time that best fits your team’s calendar and learning goals.
Yes. Closed captioning and other reasonable accommodations can be arranged.
Please note your accessibility needs when registering or email cx@learnit.com so we can ensure the best possible learning experience.
You may retake the same workshop at no cost within one year of the original date. Contact your Learnit team to rebook.
Every class includes learning materials:
We do not provide the animated slide decks, as they are designed for live facilitation and are not meant for self-study.
It’s not recommended.
For the best experience—especially in technical skills classes—join from a computer with a keyboard and mouse. This ensures full interactivity for typing, navigating exercises, and using breakout rooms.
All major credit cards, purchase orders, and checks are accepted.
For public classes, cancellations must be made in writing at least three business days before the scheduled class to avoid charges or deductions from your training package. Rescheduling Learnit courses is allowed at no additional fee, provided the reschedule occurs within one year. Substitutions of students are permitted with at least three business days' notice, as long as the substitute meets the course prerequisites. In the event of force majeure, such as severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or strikes, Learnit may cancel classes, and refunds will be provided in these cases.
Workshops range from 2-3 hours up to a full-day format. Please refer to specific course pages for information regarding duration and time.
There are two ways to register for classes with Learnit:
If you have any questions, please contact us at 855-838-5028.
No. It is all about flexibility. You can take as many or as few modules as needed. This feature is also great for students with learning packages. Repeat only the modules that didn’t “stick” or take only the module with the topics you need. If you are not taking a whole series, please be comfortable with the content in the modules prior. The instructor will not backtrack. *This applies to all courses in Office Applications.
Unfortunately we will cancel a class due to low enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be contacted via email as well as by phone. We will do everything we can to reschedule you as soon as possible.
If there are seats available, you can take the class. We do recommend you call beforehand to guarantee there is space available as many of our popular classes fill up quickly.
Best practice is all in-person or all virtual.
If a hybrid format is required:
We partner closely with stakeholders, leadership, and business-unit champions to adapt learning paths and priorities quickly—keeping learning aligned to new goals while preserving program momentum.
Primary points of contact should plan for about 4–8 hours, communications partners about 2–4 hours, and each learning champion about 2–4 hours. These estimates cover discovery calls, awareness campaigns, and initial learning-path design.
We recommend three parallel actions:
Discounted rates are available for multi-year commitments when payment is made annually upfront.
Memberships are annual commitments with no refunds or credits for early cancellation. Plans renew automatically unless you provide notice before your renewal date.
You can add seats at any time during your contract. Added seats are prorated for the remaining term. Membership reductions are not available mid-year and can only be adjusted at renewal.
Membership requires a minimum of 10 members. Teams of fewer than 10 can contact us to explore other learning options.
