The Account Executive role at Learnit is a critical part of driving our growth in the mid-market space. As a new business sales professional, you will identify, engage, and close opportunities with mid-sized organizations, helping them address their learning and development needs. This is a high-impact role that focuses on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships for expansion opportunities.

Engage Key Decision-Makers: Build relationships with Executive level people leaders as well as HR, Talent Development, and Learning leaders at mid-sized organizations to understand their goals and challenges.
Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Present LearnIT's offerings in a compelling way, emphasizing ROI and alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with customer success and marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Use Salesforce to track and manage opportunities, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
Contribute to Team Growth: Share best practices, collaborate on strategy, and participate in team initiatives to drive overall success.
2-4 Years of Sales Experience: Proven success and quota attainment as an Account Executive in B2B sales, preferably targeting mid-market organizations. Experience in professional services sales, a plus.
L&D or HR Experience a Plus: Knowledge of learning and development or HR-related solutions is advantageous
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an executive-level presence.
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing software.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and solutions.
• A “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to win and a collaborative spirit.
• Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and managing complex deals.
• Comfortable with high activity levels, including making 30+ outbound calls daily.
