Free Event: Turning Debate to Dialogue

Overview:

This session will based on Learnit's full-length workshop Turning Debate to Dialogue.

In this session, we’ll explore the ten most common archetypes of difficult behavior, analyze the relationship between values and difficult behavior, and prepare to respond to conflict by establishing a healthy environment. These skills are critical any time in the workplace, but especially during midterm election time when different viewpoints come up in conversation.
