He has +20 years of experience in this field and has successfully coached thousands of people. He and his diverse team of transformational consultants work with CEOs and business leaders in a wide range of industries across Canada and the US.
Brian helps executives reimagine and achieve their goals. He aids them in addressing a variety of performance issues by altering the context and expanding their leadership and communication practices.
Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and studied journalism at the University of Houston (Texas). He serves as Vice-Chair of the Advocacy Committee of a non-profit group of Black Professionals, Academics & Entrepreneurs who are committed to ending systemic racism for Blacks and People of Color.
