Develop a comprehensive understanding of your emotional well-being, nutrition, and exercise and how they impact the quality of your life and work. Set personal wellness goals, create a plan to achieve them, and refine them in a private coaching session.

Session 2  

Unpack Stress to Change Your Mindset + Coaching

Analyze stress patterns, learn creative techniques for managing stress and anxiety, and build a strategy to foster a positive mindset. Learn to retrain your brain, cultivate calm, and set individual target goals one-on-one with your coach.

  • Understand workplace stress
  • Retrain your brain
  • Identify and overcome thinking traps
  • Cultivate calm for clear thinking and reframing thoughts

Session 3

 Improve Your Sleep and Self-Care + Coaching

Assess your current sleep and self-care with self-discovery activities, learn about sleep patterns and best practices, and implement self-care and effective sleep strategies with the help of a health coach in your private session.
