Manage Your Team’s Performance

Two, 2-hour Modules (9am - 11:30am PT)

This “nuts and bolts” course on Performance Management is designed to equip managers with the essential tools and strategies for effectively managing team performance. Participants will learn how to document and report performance, address underperformance, and conduct performance review conversations that motivate and empower employees. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to implement a performance management process that fosters growth and enhances overall team productivity.
