Week 1
Day 1 – Develop Your Whole Health Workshop
In this workshop you will develop a comprehensive understanding of your emotional well-being, nutrition, and exercise and how they impact the quality of your life and work. During the workshop you will set personal wellness goals.
Day 2 – Health Coach Session 1
The day after the workshop event, you will attend a short private health coach session with Learnit's Health Coach, Bindi Delaney. Together you will create a plan to achieve your goals and refine them during this session.

Week 2
Day 1 - Unpack Stress to Change Your Mindset Workshop
Analyze stress patterns, learn creative techniques for managing stress and anxiety, and build a strategy to foster a positive mindset. Learn to retrain your brain, cultivate calm, and set individual target goals.
Day 2 – Health Coach Session 2
The day after the workshop event, you will attend your second short private session with LearnIT's Health Coach, Bindi Delaney. During this session, you will review your progress, reflect on the goals set in Week 1, and work together to refine your current objectives while setting new goals for the coming week.

Day 1 - Improve Your Sleep & Self-Care Workshop
Assess your current sleep and self-care with self-discovery activities, learn about sleep patterns and best practices, and implement self-care and effective sleep strategies.
Day 2 – Health Coach Session 3
The day after the workshop event, you will attend your final private health coach session with Learnit's Health Coach Bindi Delaney. During this session, you will review your progress, reflect on the goals set in previous weeks, and work together to set new goals for the future.
