CLASS CANCELLATION POLICIES
Private IT, Professional Development or End-User Training:
15 Business Days
Public IT Training:
10 Business Days*
Public Professional Development Training:
5 Business Days*
Public End-User Training:
2 Business Days
If you cancel prior to the cancellation period there will be no charge to your training package. Our cancellation/re-schedule policy is strictly enforced; failure to follow this policy will result in the deduction of classes from your training package and there will be no refund. Also, Learn iT! reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment and Learn iT! will apply funds for classes it cancels to a future class. Learning Card holders will receive a strike on their Learning Card for late cancellations. Each card allows a set amount of strikes. Once you "strike out" you must pay a reinstatement fee to re-validate your Learning Card.
PUBLIC CLASS LATE POLICY:To ensure every student has the best possible experience at Learn iT!, we enforce a 10-minute late policy. The instructor will shut the door and no one will be allowed to enter until the next module begins. If you are late, we will reschedule you. Failure to attend class will result in a forfeiture of the full tuition price.
*For IT and Professional Development Training courses, students can reschedule the class delivered by Learn iT! at no additional fee for up to one year. For IT Training courses delivered by partners, students are responsible to pay for the pass-through enrollment costs when they retake or reschedule a class.
