Build Strong Work Relationships is for anyone interested in increasing their influence and building trust on and across their team to enhance performance and team work.  Participants will engage in group discussions, instructor-led exercises, break-out group collaboration to explore different communication styles, motivational factors, and bias that colleagues may have.

  • Identify your own and shift your message for different types of communicators (assessment).
  • Implement trust-building strategies to increase motivation of team members.
  • Use a communicate framework to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Use a conflict resolution framework to manage difficult situations and repair relationships.
